the song makes me think of nothing french...like the name. although it DOES make me think of a Wes Anderson movie. I will say that I like that.

makes me feel as though it is raining, and i am stuck inside with nothing to do but sit next to a window with my face against the glass. all the while thinking about all of the great things that i could be doing if only the rain would stop.

sounds like videogame music being played live. it does sound slightly amateur. it lacks a certain subtlety..."you like dramatic music, huh? bam!" it is fun though.

i reeeaaally like this one. i found myself bobbing my head to it. that's about the best way to sum it up....now then, how in the hell does this and "forgotten one" make it onto the same album? i'm thinking of another song now...*humming* ..."one of these things doesn't belong here..."

surreal, nostalgic, light. i like it lots.

tension, no tension, tension, no tension all of these transitions will be fine as long as somewhere in there you have just one breakdown of some serious adrenaline soaked hardcore techno release. i think that is all it is missing

difficult for me to latch onto. there is no real "melody" we'll say. it seems as though it is just some sounds from a computer room. as though it were just a track of percussive, rythmic noises. everything seems to have a definite hit, hit, hit, hit to it. near the end, there is a hint of something that might pull it all together. it needs something to keep it from becoming too monotonous even for ambient music.

i have no helpful criticism. i dig. it is as though you are sitting down a group of very intensely interested people, and are just starting out a long story. as though you are bulding up the setting details and are just about to get to the good part...just like those interested people, i want to hear the rest of the story dammit.

possibly my favorite here... it conveys a very deep sense of situation in the most simple of ways. i feel as though it is very uncluttered. it could be the soundtrack for the end of a movie, for that last minute of film before fading to black, then the credits slowly role. very cool.

great transition between "fair" and "from the sea". this song starts to pick you back up, but not too fast. have you thought about bringing it up just a hair more right before the track's end, and then stopping it abrubptly?

reminds me just a bit of most tracks on b-sides. music that engages you just enough to listin, but doesn't force you to focus on it to enjoy. non-invasive fun.

slightly too minimal i think. would you be opposed to spicing it up a bit more? here, try this...listen to it, and add beats/breakdowns/whatever with mouth rapping. don't change what's there, but i think it could stand a few overlays.

aother winner for felt. don't take this in the wrong way, but i wish that some of you music had lyrics and vocals. i think that there is the possibility of a great symbiosis there.

fun. i enjoy kick backs to your music that was heavy on the sampling like much of your college work. it always went over pretty decently at parties that we dj-ed
